Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Officer role based in Godhra. The Sales Officer will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating leads, and promoting Bajaj Finserv’s financial products in the local market. Daily activities include explaining product features and benefits, handling customer queries, and supporting customers through the application and onboarding process.



The role involves coordinating with internal teams and channel partners to ensure smooth sales operations and achieving assigned sales targets. The Sales Officer is expected to maintain accurate records of sales activities, provide regular reports, and uphold high standards of customer service and compliance.

• Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills to handle queries, resolve issues, and build long-term relationships.
• Candidates should possess Lead Generation and Channel Sales skills to identify prospects, manage partner networks, and drive business growth.
• Candidates should possess Communication skills to explain products clearly, negotiate effectively, and interact with diverse stakeholders.
