Job DescriptionWe are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Architect with 4–6 years of professional experience to join our project team for an infrastructure development project. The ideal candidate should possess strong architectural and technical knowledge, along with the ability to coordinate site activities, manage project documentation, and facilitate effective communication between consultants, engineers, contractors, and site personnel.
The candidate should be comfortable working on-site, interpreting technical drawings, reviewing BOQs and cost estimates, identifying value engineering opportunities, and ensuring smooth execution of project activities in accordance with approved designs, timelines, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities• Drawing Interpretation & Technical Coordination: Read, interpret, and coordinate architectural, structural, MEP,



and other technical drawings to ensure consistency and resolve design-related discrepancies.
• Site Coordination: Coordinate day-to-day site activities with contractors, site engineers, consultants, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.
• BOQ & Cost Management: Review Bills of Quantities (BOQs), cost estimates, material specifications, and quantity calculations. Assist in cost monitoring and budget control.
• Value Engineering: Identify opportunities for cost optimization, material alternatives, and constructability improvements without compromising design intent, quality, or project requirements.
• Consultant Coordination: Liaise with architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants, infrastructure specialists, and other technical teams to resolve design and execution issues.
