Position : Client Servicing Manager
Experience: 5–8 years | Industry: Events / Experiential / MICE
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage corporate client relationships and event briefs.
• Develop proposals, concepts, presentations and budgets.
• Coordinate with creative, production, operations and MICE teams.
• Manage projects from brief to on-ground execution.
• Handle client communication, approvals, timelines and deliverables.
• Manage vendors and stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution.
• Identify opportunities to grow existing client relationships.
What we’re looking for:
• Strong corporate events / MICE experience.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Robust project management and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines.
• Willingness to travel for events.
