drive learning excellence, build high-performing retail teams, and create memorable
customer experiences across our stores.

Job Summary
The Regional Training Manager – South will be responsible for leading all retail learning
and capability-building initiatives across the South region. This role will focus on
strengthening product knowledge, sales excellence, customer engagement, leadership
development, and operational standards. The ideal candidate will work closely with
Retail Operations, HR, and Business Leaders to ensure every store team is equipped to
deliver the GIVA experience.





Key Responsibilities
Training Strategy & Execution
• Drive the Learning & Development strategy across all retail stores in the South
region.
• Plan and execute induction programs for new retail employees.
• Conduct regular training sessions on jewellery product knowledge, customer
experience, sales techniques, SOPs, and store operations.
• Deliver refresher programs to reinforce learning and improve performance.
Retail Capability Development
• Build strong selling capabilities by coaching teams on consultative selling,
upselling, cross-selling, and customer relationship management.
• Train store teams on gold, silver, diamond, and gemstone product knowledge.
• Develop Store Managers and Cluster Managers through leadership and people
management programs.
• Improve sales productivity through structured coaching and on-the-job training.

• Partner with Retail Operations,
