About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Consultant - Digital Ad Operations to join our team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our display and social media operations, ensuring that campaign executions are tracked, documented, and reported accurately. You will manage high volumes of campaign data and assets, providing critical support to our finance, in-house, and events teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Campaign Tracking & Documentation:



Manage manual operational tasks including updating campaign trackers and capturing screenshots of activated website ad banners.
• Asset & Invoice Management: Organize and store Release Orders (RO), Internal Release Orders (IRO), screenshots, and performance reports in shared drives. Ensure strict adherence to naming conventions to support finance and invoice processing.
• High-Volume Display Operations: Oversee 90+ active display campaigns, scaling efficiently to handle double the volume during peak seasonal periods.
• Social & Native Media Support: Execute boosting for native and social media campaigns and handle detailed reporting for up to 300+ campaigns during peak seasons.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner with in-house and event teams to manage display banner life cycles, including activation, deactivation, and subsequent reporting.
• Custom Reporting: Extract data and populate client
