We are looking for an Account Executive – US Sales & Account Management to drive new client acquisition while building and expanding relationships with existing US-based clients.

About the Role
This is a full-cycle sales and account management role with ownership across the customer journey — from prospecting and discovery to closing, onboarding, retention, and account growth.
You will work closely with US business owners, founders, and decision-makers to understand their requirements and position FinStackk’s solutions as a practical, long-term partner for their accounting, tax, compliance, and business needs.

Key Responsibilities
New Business & Sales
• Identify and engage potential US clients through outbound prospecting, referrals, inbound leads, and other sales channels.
• Own the end-to-end sales cycle — prospecting, qualification, discovery, presentations, proposals,



negotiations, and closing.
• Conduct consultative discovery to understand client business needs, pain points, and service requirements.
• Clearly communicate FinStackk’s value proposition and recommend relevant solutions.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistently follow up on opportunities.
• Achieve agreed targets for new client acquisition and revenue.

Account Management & Growth
• Build robust, long-term relationships with US clients and key decision-makers.
• Act as a trusted point of contact for assigned accounts.
• Conduct regular account reviews to understand changing client needs and identify opportunities for additional services.
• Drive client retention, renewals, upselling, and cross-selling.
• Proactively address client concerns and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution.
