Position Purpose:
This position is for Application Production Support - Reconciliation IT within Client Engagement and Financial Security - Reconciliation APS team. The primary purpose is to be accountable for all Production support activities of CEFS APS Reconciliation team
As APS member, own the end-to-end operational stability, resilience, performance, and continuous improvement of global, complex CIB applications critical to CEFS Reconciliation team. This role demands deep expertise in Platform Availability, IT Service Management (ITSM), automation and drive operational excellence, risk reduction, and cost efficiency across a multi-geography
This role demands partnering with high-performing global teams i.e. Engineering, Development, Infrastructure, Security, and ensure adherence to regulatory, audit, and CIB standards while fostering a culture of innovation, automation, and talent development.
The position operates within a virtual, multinational team and requires collaboration with other BNP Paribas locations and divisions. Candidates must demonstrate robust technical expertise,



sharp analytical abilities, and meticulous attention to detail.

• Document and execute the regular system checks at various points in the day.
• Build up the documentation for further enhancement of the process.
• Follow all local policies for coming in shifts, weekend checks and releases.
• Take Ownership in Crisis, extra commitment in the gaps when many resources are on vacation/leave.
