Job Overview

The Manager, Sales Excellence, Market & Commercial Intelligence role is a strategic leadership position within Global Sales Operations. The individual will lead a team responsible for Sales Excellence, Commercial Intelligence, and Market Intelligence while acting as a trusted advisor to Sales, Product Management, Finance, and Regional Leaders. The primary objective is to improve business performance through sales process governance, market insights, commercial analytics, forecasting, and data-driven decision making

Responibilities

Sales Excellence & Operations

• Lead sales planning, revenue forecasting, pipeline governance, target setting, and GTM execution.
• Drive process standardization and operational excellence across regions.
• Improve pipeline quality, forecast accuracy, conversion rates, and sales effectiveness.
• Establish governance frameworks and continuous process improvement initiatives.





Commercial Intelligence & Analytics

• Generate actionable business insights from sales, pipeline, customer, and revenue data.
• Identify growth opportunities, business risks, performance gaps, and leading indicators.
• Conduct KPI deep dives and provide recommendations to business leaders.
• Support strategic decision-making through analytical frameworks and executive reporting.

Market Intelligence

• Monitor industry trends, market growth, competitor activity, technology evolution, and customer demand.
• Conduct market sizing, whitespace analysis, and chance assessment.
• Combine external market data with internal business performance metrics.
• Recommend sales priorities, account focus, and resource allocation strategies. [

Leadership & Stakeholder Management

• Lead and develop a team across Sales Excellence, Market Intelligence, and Commercial Analytics.
