Role Description The Customer Experience & Creative Direction Head intern role at NAM NAM is a remote internship focused on shaping and improving the overall customer journey. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing customer feedback and behavior, mapping touchpoints across digital and physical channels, and identifying opportunities to enhance satisfaction. The intern will collaborate with marketing and operations to design and refine creative concepts for packaging, messaging,



and dessert presentation that align with the brand’s identity. Responsibilities also include supporting customer service processes, developing guidelines for consistent brand experience, and preparing reports that translate insights into actionable improvements.
