Job Duties

The Finance Director will lead the Global Markets & Policy (GM&P;) Commercial Finance team within Amgen India, establishing and scaling a critical finance capability supporting Amgen’s global commercial organization.

The Director will initially lead a team of approximately seven Finance professionals and will be responsible for building and developing a larger organization over time. The team will provide financial planning, forecasting, analysis, and decision support across revenue and commercial operating expenses, partnering closely with Global, Regional, and Local Finance teams.





A key priority for this role will be building a high-performing, scalable Finance organization that strengthens planning capabilities, standardizes processes, improves analytical insights, and enables greater efficiency across GM&P; Finance. The Director will help define which activities can be effectively consolidated and scaled through Amgen India while maintaining strong connectivity and accountability with commercial Finance teams around the world.

The Finance Director will be a key member of the GM&P; Finance leadership team. The role will partner extensively with senior Finance and Commercial leaders across markets, regions, and global functions.

The Director will be responsible for developing talent, establishing effective operating models and controls, and progressively expanding the scope and capabilities of the Amgen India Commercial Finance organization.
