Role Description

Popbrain is seeking an Ads Sales Manager to join the rapidly-growing Popbrain Ads team. This is an exciting time to join the team in a role with broad scope and the potential to make real impact and growth. The role will be to onboard brands and advertisers on our platform Popbrain to advertise their products/services. As an Ad Sales manager, you will be responsible for driving advertising revenue by building and managing relationships with brands, advertisers, and media agencies within your assigned industry vertical.

Who We Are Looking For

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in AdTech, programmatic ads, native ads, CPC/CPM platforms, or digital advertising sales
• Strong understanding of how AdTech platforms work, including campaign setup, optimization, budgets, and performance metrics




• Experience working with brands, agencies, or performance marketing teams
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills
• Ability to explain product value clearly and handle high-level brand discussions
• Ability to manage multiple accounts efficiently and ensure retention Target-driven, organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced setting

Candidate Profile

• 2–8 years of experience in Ad Sales, Media Sales, Brand Partnerships, or Agency Sales.
• Mandatory: At least 2 years of hands-on experience managing advertising sales within one of the following industry verticals: BFSI, FMCG, Insurance, or Travel & Luxury.
• Strong network of brand marketers, advertisers, and media agencies within the relevant industry.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales and revenue targets.
• Excellent consultative selling, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
