About SustLabs
SustLabs builds intelligent energy management and electrical safety solutions for enterprise customers, combining connected devices, sensors, PLC-based controls and software to make electrical infrastructure more visible, measurable and actionable.
We’re looking for a Sales Solution Engineer who can bridge the gap between customer problems and technical solutions - from understanding the site and defining requirements to designing the solution, building the proposal and supporting deployment.

What You’ll Do
Understand the Problem
• Conduct customer meetings, technical discovery and site surveys.
• Understand electrical infrastructure, operational challenges, energy and safety requirements.
• Work with facility, engineering, procurement and senior stakeholders.
• Translate customer problems into transparent technical requirements.

Design the Solution
• Design solutions using meters, CTs, sensors, PLCs, controls and software.




• Determine what needs to be measured, where devices should be installed and what actions or controls are required.
• Define integrations with existing BMS, PLC and building systems.
• Collaborate with engineering teams and system integrators.

Drive Technical Sales
• Prepare BoMs, solution architectures, technical proposals and estimates.
• Present technical solutions and business cases to customers.
• Support pilots, POCs and commercial closures.
• Ensure every proposed solution is technically feasible and accurately scoped.

Take Solutions to Deployment
• Own the journey from site survey → proposal → pilot → deployment.
• Coordinate with contractors, system integrators and internal teams.
• Validate installations, integrations and system performance.
