Our flagship boutique at Fairmont Jaipur is centred around high-touch client servicing, personalised styling, private shopping experiences, and long-term client relationships.
We are looking for an experienced Luxury Client Advisor who can take ownership of the boutique’s day-to-day functioning while delivering an exceptional luxury experience.

The Role
As a Luxury Client Advisor, you will be responsible for client styling, sales, clienteling, CRM, boutique operations, inventory coordination, and overall store presentation.
This is a hands-on, client-facing role for someone who understands luxury retail, communicates exceptionally well,



and can independently manage the boutique alongside the supporting store team.

Key Responsibilities
Client Experience, Sales & Clienteling
• Deliver a highly personalised styling and shopping experience.
• Understand client preferences and recommend relevant luxury products and looks.
• Build strong knowledge of TDH’s brands, collections, products, and inventory.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Proactively engage clients through calls, WhatsApp, appointments, current arrivals, and private shopping opportunities.
• Maintain and actively use the CRM system for client preferences, interactions, leads, and follow-ups.
• Work towards sales targets, conversions, repeat business, and client retention.
• Maintain exceptional standards of communication, grooming, etiquette, and client servicing.
