Description

• Pre-procurement sample physical analysis, if required; recovery update.
• Sample preparation, Labeling, coordination with the sample collection person.
• Sample note preparation with lot no. Qty, Project details, etc.., PO creation(follow up with accounts team), and coordination with lab.
• If 3rd party own sampling à Sampling request (IRF), coordination with sampler, after sampling, confirmation of samples dispatched to lab.
• If 3rd Party supplier sampling -à Process is the same, but ensure 100% sampling.
• After sampling, coordinate with lab and get the reports within the TAT.
• After analysis results verification, declaration of all the results as per the standard format and update the procurement team.
• Invoices verification, Submission to account, follow up of payments.

Education – Food Technology

Experience – Min 3 yrs
