Job Title: Technical Project Manager
Location: Pune
Key Responsibilities
l Project Planning: Define project scope, objectives, and timelines while coordinating with stakeholders to align business and technical goals
l Execution & Delivery: Oversee the day-to-day management of technical projects, ensuring that teams meet deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
l Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders, developers, and other technical teams, providing clear updates and managing expectations.
l Agile Methodologies: Implement agile practices such as Scrum or Kanban, running sprint planning, daily stand-ups,
and retrospectives to ensure continuous improvement.
l Risk & Issue Management: Identify project risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies. Resolve any project issues that arise, ensuring minimal disruption to timelines.
l Team Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software developers, DevOps, data engineers, and QA to ensure smooth project progress and explicit communication.
l Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed project documentation and provide regular progress reports to stakeholders, ensuring project transparency.
l Budget & Resource Management: Manage project budgets and allocate resources effectively, ensuring optimal project outcomes.
Qualifications
l Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
l Experience: 7 to 13 years of experience in project management, with a focus
