The Marketing Automation Lead is responsible for driving the activation, implementation, and optimization of

Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) initiatives supporting marketing campaigns for SE Advisory Services. This role

will play a key part in delivering data-driven, scalable marketing programs that support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with regional marketing managers to develop and execute innovative, data-driven marketing





strategies using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and related platforms.

• Build, deploy, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns, leveraging SFMC capabilities, including

email, automation, journey-builder, CRM integrations, and social channels.

• Analyze campaign performance and deliver actionable insights to improve effectiveness and inform strategic

decisions.

• Stay current on global marketing trends and SFMC best practices, bringing forward new ideas and

opportunities for continuous improvement.

• Train and support marketing teams to enhance understanding and adoption of SFMC capabilities and

campaign innovation.

• Represent Schneider Electric’s mission across all communications, highlighting its leadership in energy

management and automation.

• Manage and optimize BFO processes, including lead queue configuration, routing logic, and dashboard

development for performance tracking and visibility.
