Role Description The Tele Caller role at EkasCloud London is a full-time, hybrid position based in Bengaluru, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. In this role,



the Tele Caller will engage with prospective learners and business clients via phone, email, and messaging platforms to explain EkasCloud’s training programs and consulting services. Daily responsibilities include making outbound calls, responding to inbound inquiries, qualifying leads, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and scheduling consultations or demos for the sales and training teams. The Tele Caller will follow scripts and guidelines while personalizing conversations, provide explicit information about course offerings and pricing, and support applicants through the enrollment process. The role also involves meeting call targets, sharing feedback on customer needs, and collaborating with colleagues to improve outreach and conversion strategies.
