Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive, people-focused Sales Executive to own our lead-to-booking
journey. You will respond to incoming leads, build trust with expectant parents and families,
and guide them until they book with us. You will also represent Aastrika at offline events to
meet potential clients and generate recent leads, manage our WhatsApp channel, and work with
the marketing team to improve the quality and volume of leads. The ideal candidate is a
warm, confident communicator fluent in English and Kannada, and can present sensitive
healthcare services with empathy and clarity.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Management & Conversion
• Respond promptly to all incoming leads from calls, WhatsApp, website forms, social
media and events.




• Understand each client's needs and explain Aastrika's services, packages and care
model clearly and with empathy.
• Follow up with and nurture leads through regular, personalised contact until they
reach the booking stage.
• Schedule centre visits, consultations and tours for prospective clients, and coordinate
with the clinical team as needed.
• Meet monthly lead-conversion and booking targets.
WhatsApp Channel Management
• Manage Aastrika's WhatsApp Business channel, answering client questions quickly
and professionally.
• Use approved templates, broadcasts and follow-up messages to keep leads engaged.
• Hand queries to the right team (clinical, front desk, billing) when needed and close the
loop with the client.
Offline Events & Lead Generation
• Attend offline events such as antenatal fairs, corporate wellness sessions, community
meet-ups, hospital and clinic partner events, and Aastrika-hosted sess
