About Tidex Coating System LimitedTidex Coating System Limited is a growing company providing professional coating systems and construction-related solutions. We are looking for an energetic, customer-focused and target-oriented Sales Executive to expand our business and strengthen our presence across the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities• Develop new customers and business opportunities in the assigned territory.
• Visit dealers, distributors, contractors, applicators, industries and project sites.
• Generate leads and convert enquiries into sales.
• Promote Tidex products and explain product applications and benefits to customers.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
• Identify current market opportunities and potential clients.
• Prepare quotations and follow up with customers for order closure.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.




• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding customer requirements, orders and deliveries.
• Maintain regular sales reports and provide market feedback to management.

Eligibility & Requirements• Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
• 1.5+ years of experience in any of the following fields is preferred:Tiles
• Tile Adhesives
• Waterproofing Chemicals
• Paints
• Construction Chemicals
• Coating Systems
• Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in sales are also welcome to apply.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Good customer-handling and relationship-building abilities.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
• Own bike is an advantage but NOT mandatory.

Salary & Benefits• ₹25,000 – ₹60,000 per month
