Role Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled L3 Senior Network Engineer to provide advanced operational support, technical leadership, and escalation management across enterprise network infrastructures. In this role, you will handle critical incidents, perform deep-dive troubleshooting, manage change and capacity requirements, and drive service improvements across hybrid, multi-vendor environments.
This position requires extensive hands-on expertise in enterprise routing, switching, data center networking,
and software-defined networking—specifically with Cisco Viptela SD-WAN / Versa SD-WAN, Cisco SD-Access (DNAC), and Cisco Nexus platforms.
Key ResponsibilitiesIncident & Escalation Management
• Act as the primary L3 technical escalation point for NOC L1 and L2 engineering teams on complex, business-critical network issues.
• Lead the rapid resolution of network incidents and service requests while strictly maintaining SLA compliance.
• Investigate advanced routing, switching, WAN, LAN, wireless, and data center incidents to ensure timely, sustainable fixes.
• Ownership of major incidents, emergency outages, and high-impact outages to minimize overall business disruption.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on recurring or critical incidents and execute long-term preventive/corrective actions.
Operations & Technical Governance
• Deliver advanced support for global enterprise networks spanning branch
