About the Role:
We are looking for a hands-on and execution-focused skilled to drive the implementation and maintenance of Health, Safety, Security & Environment (HSSE) standards across Statiq’s offices, facilities, and operational locations. The role will work closely with multiple business units and stakeholders to ensure HSSE policies, processes, statutory requirements, and safety practices are consistently implemented on the ground. You will be responsible for identifying potential risks and compliance gaps, conducting inspections and assessments, driving corrective and preventive actions, supporting incident investigations, and strengthening safety awareness across teams.



The ideal candidate should bring strong field-level HSSE experience, sound knowledge of statutory and regulatory requirements, and the ability to work effectively with employees, contractors, vendors, and cross-functional teams to build a proactive and responsible safety culture.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Implement Statiq’s HSSE policies, standards, processes, and guidelines across relevant offices, facilities, operational locations, and business units.
• Ensure HSSE requirements are understood and consistently followed by employees, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Conduct regular site inspections, workplace safety assessments, and risk assessments to identify unsafe conditions, practices, and potential hazards.
• Track identified HSSE gaps and drive timely closure of corrective and preventive actions in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
