Position Summary
As Director of Sales, you own the sales function end to end: strategy, forecasting, and the people who execute it. You'll manage the team leads who run day-to-day sales operations, set the direction the team is held to, and be the person the CEO turns to for an honest read on pipeline health and what it will take to hit target. This is a build-and-own role, not a caretaker role. It's a fit for someone who wants full accountability for a number, not just visibility into one.





Key Responsibilities
In this role you will:
• Own sales strategy: target-setting, pipeline structure, and the plan to hit quota quarter over quarter.
• Own forecasting and report directly to the CEO on pipeline health, conversion, and risk to target.
• Own the CRM as the system of record: data integrity, adoption, and reporting standards across the team.
• Build and refine repeatable lead generation and qualification processes.
• Define and track the sales metrics.

Required Qualifications
• 8-12 years of experience in sales
• 4-8 years experience in sales operations
• 2-4 years of leadership experience in sales operations
• Sales experience in healthcare or healthcare-adjacent sales.

Preferred Qualifications
• Self-starter who takes ownership of outcomes without needing to be managed.
• Hands-on CRM experience, including ownership of data quality and reporting.
