One75MB HRM Pvt Ltd provides recruitment and staffing solutions for businesses. We are hiring a Business Development Executive to build client relationships, identify hiring needs, and bring in new recruitment and staffing opportunities.
Key responsibilities
• Identify and approach potential clients through LinkedIn, calls, email, referrals, and networking.
• Connect with HR leaders, hiring managers, founders, and procurement teams to understand their hiring requirements.
• Present our permanent recruitment, contract staffing, and payroll staffing services.
• Schedule discovery calls, prepare proposals, and negotiate commercial terms.
• Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure explicit job briefs and timely candidate submissions.
• Maintain accurate records of prospects,



follow-ups, meetings, and deals in the CRM.
• Manage client relationships after onboarding and identify opportunities for repeat business.
• Work toward monthly targets for meetings, qualified opportunities, and new clients.

What we’re looking for
• Experience in business development, preferably in a recruitment agency or staffing company.
• Strong communication, prospecting, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Understanding of the hiring process and B2B sales cycle.
• Confidence speaking with senior HR and business stakeholders.
• Ability to manage a sales pipeline independently.
