Job Description

Join NielsenIQ as a Senior Research Executive to support our e-commerce and food delivery data expansion in India. This role blends data analysis, product insights, and client collaboration to drive commercial success.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analyze and interpret large datasets to generate actionable insights for sales and clients
• Lead Customer Engagement & Value Creation: Build and nurture strong, foundational relationships with key e-commerce customers and stakeholders. Develop a deep understanding of their business priorities and how they connect to the adoption and use of our products
• Utilize Python, R, Power BI, and Tableau for data processing and visualization
• Collaborate with global teams to refine data quality and mitigate biases
• Support product development by identifying key analyses and automation opportunities
• Partner with sales teams to provide data-driven recommendations and enhance client engagement
• Build compelling presentations by transforming data insights into clear, impactful stories
• Create marketing content to drive product awareness

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years of experience in e-commerce, market intelligence, or data analysis
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and logical thinking skills
• Proficiency in Python, R, Power BI, and Tableau
• Strong problem-solving, time management, and storytelling skills
• Experience working with commercial teams and engaging with clients
• Fluent in English, comfortable in an international work environment
