? Experience: 4–5 years

What You’ll Do:
• Lead and manage a team of advisors in sales processes
• Drive team performance to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets
• Monitor calls, provide feedback, and ensure quality & compliance standards
• Coach, mentor, and motivate team members for continuous improvement
• Analyze performance metrics and implement strategies to improve conversions and customer experience




• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance productivity

What We’re Looking For:
• 4–5 years of experience in a BPO (sales process) as TL/ Manager
• Proven experience in managing telecalling teams (sales processes)
• Strong understanding of sales funnels, call quality, and team performance metrics
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to thrive in a target-driven, high-energy environment
