As a Forward Deployed Engineer - Automation - Manager you will lead client support work within our Managed Services practice, helping design and deliver automation solutions that streamline operations, reduce manual effort, and improve process performance. As a Manager you will motivate and develop teams, manage delivery workstreams, and use business insight, technology, and project management skills to guide complex work from planning through completion. This role calls for a practical approach to problem solving, clear communication with stakeholders,



and the ability to identify opportunities that support service delivery and continuous improvement.

In this role at PwC, you will oversee delivery teams and manage automation initiatives across managed service operations, bringing together process knowledge, technology resources, and a focus on delivery risk, performance, and commercial outcomes. You will coach team members, review work with a focus on quality and timeliness, and handle issues as they arise with sound judgment and qualified integrity. The position sits within the Data, Analytics & AI Managed Services area and offers the chance to contribute to service transition, run-state support, and ongoing optimization efforts in a client-facing environment.
