We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager with 5+ years of hands-on experience, with Meta Ads as the primary expertise and solid working knowledge of Google Ads.
What we’re looking for:• 5+ years in Performance Marketing
• Strong expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
• Good hands-on experience with Google Ads
• Experience across B2B & B2C campaigns
• E-commerce sales & lead generation experience
• Strong understanding of ROAS, CPL, CPA, CAC, CTR, CPC & Conversion Rate
• Experience in campaign scaling, audience targeting, remarketing & A/B testing
• Knowledge of GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel & Conversion API
• Ability to analyse campaign performance and drive measurable business results




• Agency / Retail sector experience will be an added advantage
