About the Role
We are looking for an experienced, people-oriented HR Manager to lead our Human Resources department in Calicut. In this role, you will align HR strategies with overall business goals, oversee end-to-end recruitment, foster a positive work culture, and manage day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with hands-on expertise in talent acquisition, policy formulation, and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
1.⁠ ⁠Strategic HR & Operations
* Oversee day-to-day HR operations, ensuring seamless execution of administrative and personnel management tasks.
* Develop, update, and implement comprehensive company policies and employee handbooks in compliance with labor regulations.
* Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and performance management.
2.⁠ ⁠Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
* Lead end-to-end recruitment strategies to source, interview,



and hire top talent across all departments.
* Partner with department heads to identify staffing needs and define job requirements.
* Design and execute structured onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration for new hires.
3.⁠ ⁠Employee Relations & Engagement
* Act as the primary point of contact for employee grievances, mediating conflict and ensuring a fair, supportive workplace environment.
* Design and execute employee engagement initiatives, team-building activities, and recognition programs to boost morale and retention.
* Conduct regular feedback sessions, exit interviews, and stay interviews to gauge company climate and implement improvement measures.
