ROLE SUMMARY

Tredence is looking for a senior Sales Development leader to own outbound pipeline generation across North America for our services business in technology, data, and AI. This role is expected to carry a meeting quota while coaching and growing a small team (currently two members) carrying the same quota structure. Lead generation comes from outbound prospecting, ABM campaigns, and event programs; inbound leads are qualified and handed off to CBOs, not worked as an independent pipeline source. The ideal candidate has carried and achieved pipeline or revenue targets in a services or consulting environment, has personally influenced multi-million-dollar ACV deals,



and is fluent in the tools and cadences of modern sales development.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Pipeline Generation and Execution

• Own outbound revenue generation across North America, working toward a $5-6M annual team revenue target.

• Personally carry and deliver a quota of 5-6 qualified meetings booked per month through direct outbound prospecting into large enterprise accounts.

• Generate leads from event programs (webinars, field events, conferences) and convert event engagement into booked meetings.

• Own the outbound execution of ABM campaigns, working named target-account lists into structured, multi-touch sequences.

• Build and manage multi-touch, multi-channel cadences (email, call, LinkedIn, and other social touchpoints) using Outreach, Salesloft, HubSpot, or equivalent platforms.

• Triage inbound marketing-qualified leads and route them promptly to the appropriate CBO. This role coordin
