• Business Development Executive – US Education Sales Company: Hanux Learning Private Limited Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh – Work From Office Shift: US Night Shift (8:30PM to 5:30AM IST) Working Days: Monday to Friday Experience Required: 6 Months – 1 Year in Sales / Business Development About the Role Hanux Learning is looking for a confident and result-oriented Business Development Executive to sell our professional training and education programs to customers in the United States. The candidate will communicate with prospective customers, understand their career and certification requirements, explain suitable training programs, follow up with interested prospects, handle objections and close enrollments. Key Responsibilities • Make outbound calls to prospective customers in the USA. • Handle inbound and outbound leads for qualified training and certification programs. • Understand the customer's career goals, experience and training requirements. • Recommend suitable certification and training programs based on customer needs. • Explain program benefits, training structure,



pricing, schedules and enrollment process. • Generate interest and convert leads into paid enrollments. • Regularly follow up with interested and potential customers through calls, WhatsApp, SMS and email. • Handle customer questions and sales objections professionally. • Maintain relationships with prospects until enrollment is completed. • Coordinate with senior sales representatives or managers when support is required for closing. • Maintain accurate lead status, follow-up details and sales activities in CRM. • Achieve individual monthly sales and revenue targets. • Maintain proper communication with enrolled customers during the initial onboarding process.
