Role Overview

We’re looking for a Project/Product Manager to drive coordination across internal teams and external partners, with a strong focus on requirement gathering, documentation, and follow-through. You’ll be the connective tissue between stakeholders — translating requirements into explicit documentation, keeping initiatives moving, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document requirements from internal and external stakeholders
• Write clear PRDs and user stories that engineering can act on
• Groom the backlog and support sprint planning using Agile/Scrum practices
• Coordinate partner and API integrations, working closely with technical teams
• Track project status, manage follow-ups, and proactively flag risks or blockers




• Lead and coordinate UAT cycles with internal and external stakeholders
• Maintain thorough documentation of requirements, decisions, and workflows
• Manage day-to-day communication with internal teams and external partners/vendors
• Review analytics data (Mixpanel/Google Analytics) to inform prioritization discussions
• Review wireframes and design flows in Figma to ensure alignment with requirements
• Maintain project tracking and reporting using Jira, Confluence, ClickUp, or Asana

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field; equivalent practical experience is welcome.
