Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in design concepts for classrooms, labs, libraries, hostels, etc.
• Prepare layouts, furniture plans, BOQs, and material boards using AutoCAD & SketchUp
• Create 3D views, presentations, and client proposals
• Coordinate with architects, MEP teams, vendors, and clients
• Support site visits, supervision, and execution
• Maintain drawings, documentation, and project records
Skills Required:
• AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D visualization
• Spatial planning, materials, ergonomics
• Communication, teamwork, problem-solving
• Eye for design, colors, and detailing
Qualification:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
Other:
• Willing to travel for site work across India
