About The Role
We are looking for an experienced and performance driven Telesales Team leader to lead, coach and manage telesales team in Delhi, India. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving sales within our Insurance product vertical, improving conversion rates and ensuring consistent improvement of the team and high quality customer experience, while identifying lead funnels & opportunities for process optimisation.
