Job Description – Project Planning & Coordination Manager

Role Overview

Desired applicant profile:

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Operations, or a related discipline.

• A certification in Project Management such as PMP, CAPM or equivalent would be an advantage.

Experience:

• Typically 5–7 years of relevant experience in project coordination, project planning or project management.





• Experience in construction, infrastructure, estates, real estate, township development, landscape/land development or similar field-based projects preferred.

• Experience working with multiple stakeholders, vendors and site teams.

• Demonstrated experience in project scheduling, milestone tracking, dependency management and progress reporting

Role Mission

The Project Planning & Coordination Manager is responsible for converting field delivery objectives into explicit, structured and trackable project plans.

The role will bring planning discipline, milestone visibility, dependency management and execution tracking into field delivery. It will coordinate across the Regional Field Delivery Lead, site teams, vendors, finance and other stakeholders to ensure that project progress is visible, delays are identified early, dependencies have clear owners, and actions are followed through to closure.
