Your Tasks

• Customer On-Boarding
• Responsible for end-to-end customer onboarding activities, including creation and maintenance of PH and AR trackers for all assigned projects.
• Project Tracking-Ensure AR tracker accuracy and timely updates across all ongoing projects.
• TD Request Collection & SC Tracking-Collect Technical Documentation (TD) requests from stakeholders and maintain SC tracker for systematic monitoring.
• TD Tracker Management- Maintain TD tracker, perform regular follow-ups with internal and external teams to ensure timely document submission.
• TD Identification & Assignment




• Identify required Technical Documentation and assign responsibilities to appropriate owners.
• Client Coordination and Coordinate and conduct client calls to clarify TD requirements and resolve documentation-related queries.
• Uploading TD to PSE-Upload approved Technical Documentation to PSE in accordance with project and compliance requirements.
• PSE Project Creation-Create and maintain projects in PSE and ensure correctness of project setup details.
• Archiving-Archive completed projects, roles, and responsibilities in compliance with documentation and audit requirements.

Your Qualifications

• Any Graduate discipline.
• 3-5 years of experience. Preferred working from TIC industry.
