About the role:
We're looking for someone who knows the creator ecosystem and wants to own more of the work.
You'll be hands-on across creator sourcing, coordination and campaign execution, working with the team and directly with clients.
You'll be expected to:
• Identify and shortlist creators that fit each brand and brief.
• Handle outreach, negotiations and coordination with creators and their managers.
• Manage campaigns from briefing to content going live.
• Prepare decks, trackers and post-campaign reports.
• Keep timelines and deliverables on track.
• Bring ideas on creators and formats, not just execution.
The Details
• Experience: 1–2 years
• Location: DLF Colony, Sector 14, Gurgaon
• Timing: 10 AM – 7 PM (Flexible), Mon–Fri
• Type: Full time
• Salary: ₹35,000/month (In Hand)
