About the job:
We're hiring a Full-Cycle Recruiter to help us consistently find and hire exceptional people.
You'll own recruiting end-to-end from sourcing, outreach, screening, candidate management, interview coordination, closing, and building a strong long-term talent pipeline.
This is a full-time, work-from-office role in Hyderabad for someone with strong judgment, great communication skills, and genuine taste for identifying high-quality people.

What You'll Do
TL;DR: Find great people, figure out who is actually good, get them excited about Gitforce, and build relationships with talent before we even need them.

• Own full-cycle recruiting for both full-time and contract roles
• Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, Upwork, job platforms, communities, referrals and social media.
• Screen candidates and quickly identify strong performers, weak fits, and high-potential profiles




• Write compelling outreach and tell the Gitforce story effectively to candidates
• Manage candidates through the entire hiring process and maintain a great candidate experience
• Partner with hiring managers to understand roles and continuously improve candidate quality
• Continuously scout interesting people on LinkedIn, X, GitHub, communities, and elsewhere, even when we're not actively hiring. Build and maintain pipelines of exceptional talent for future roles
• Contribute to employer branding through hiring content, candidate stories, social posts, and creative recruiting campaigns
• Experiment with recent sourcing channels, recruiting tools, and ways to attract better candidates
