Senior Business Development Executive – SEA & MEAT

Role Summary
We are looking for a Senior Business Development Executive to drive current business growth for Intangles across the Southeast Asia (SEA) and Middle East, Africa & Turkey (MEAT) regions. This is a hunting role: individuals will identify, engage, and generate meetings with fleet operators, logistics companies, and OEM partners, owning the sales cycle from first outreach to hand over to the field rep (FSR) .

Key Responsibilities
• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities among fleet operators, logistics companies, and OEMs across the SEA and MEAT regions.
• Broad usage of CRM- Hubspot and Engagement tools/ Outreach tools/ Datamining tools- Zoom Info/Apollo/ Sales Navigator.




• Streamlining and having a 360-degree approach using LLM platforms like Claude etc.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline through outbound prospecting, referrals, partner channels, and inbound leads.
• Conduct consultative solution presentations and product demonstrations for fleet, operations, and technology decision-makers.
• Own the sales cycle: prospecting, needs discovery, meeting schedule.
• Develop and execute territory and account plans to meet quarterly and annual revenue targets.
• Partner with enablement, marketing team, and SDR teams to tailor solutions to customer requirements.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date pipeline and revenue forecasts in the CRM.

What We're Looking For
• 6+ years of B2B sales or business development experience with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets, ideally in SaaS, IoT, telematics, or fleet management.
• Prior experience selling into Southeast Asia / Middle East / Africa / Turkey m
