Key Responsibilities:

• Administer Snowflake environments including users, roles, RBAC, warehouses, databases, schemas, and resource monitors.
• Monitor platform health, query performance, and warehouse utilization; identify bottlenecks and recommend tuning actions.
• Manage access controls, data security policies, and auditing to ensure compliance with organizational standards.
• Implement and maintain operational processes for incident management, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.
• Support onboarding of new data workloads and teams by configuring compute, storage, and permissions appropriately.
• Optimize cost and performance through warehouse sizing, auto-suspend/auto-resume strategies, and usage reporting.
• Maintain documentation for configurations, runbooks, operational procedures, and platform standards.




• Collaborate with engineering and analytics teams to ensure reliable data availability and smooth release/change management. Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of overall experience with at least 3 years in Snowflake Administration and platform operations.
• Solid understanding of Snowflake security concepts (RBAC), warehouse management, and account-level administration.
• Experience monitoring and troubleshooting Snowflake performance and operational issues in production environments.
• Ability to create clear operational documentation and follow structured support processes. Preferred Qualifications:
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake Cloud Data Platform features such as resource monitors, data sharing, and usage analytics.
• Experience implementing governance practices including auditing, access reviews, and least-privilege security models.
• Exposure to automation for administrative tasks (e.g., scripting,
