About the Role

We are looking for an HR Executive – IT Recruitment & HR Operations who has strong hands-on experience in IT/Technology recruitment along with practical exposure to HR Operations and HRMS.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable independently managing multiple hiring requirements, particularly for IT, Technology, Sales, Cloud, Cybersecurity, System Integration and related roles, while also supporting day-to-day employee lifecycle and HR operations through Keka or a similar HRMS.
This role is best suited for someone who enjoys recruitment but also has the ability to manage operational HR activities independently.





Key Responsibilities

1. IT Recruitment

* Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from understanding hiring requirements to candidate joining.
* Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, profiles and timelines.
* Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, job portals, references, headhunting and other sourcing channels.
* Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical, functional and business requirements.
* Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
* Manage candidate communication, interview follow-ups, feedback and offer discussions.
* Drive offer closure and ensure regular follow-up through the joining stage.
* Maintain recruitment trackers, hiring MIS and recruitment reports.
* Ensure timely closure of open positions by closely coordinating with candidates and internal stakeholders.
