Job Description:
• The General Manager – Sales & Service will be responsible for the overall management and business performance of the EV car showroom and service centre. The role involves leading Sales, Service, Customer Relationship, Body Shop, Insurance, RTO, Finance and other dealership functions to achieve business targets, maintain operational excellence and deliver a high level of customer satisfaction.

• The position requires strong leadership, automobile dealership knowledge, business planning skills and the ability to drive both sales growth and service profitability.

Key Responsibilities

Overall Business Management
• Manage the overall operations of the EV showroom and service centre.
• Develop and implement business plans to achieve dealership objectives.
• Monitor monthly, quarterly and annual sales and service performance.
• Ensure achievement of revenue, profitability and customer satisfaction targets.




• Prepare and review MIS reports and take corrective actions wherever required.
• Monitor dealership expenses and ensure effective cost control.
• Coordinate with the Managing Director and senior management regarding business performance and operational requirements.

Sales Management
• Lead the Sales Team and achieve monthly and annual vehicle sales targets.
• Develop sales strategies based on market potential, customer demand and competition.
• Monitor individual Sales Executive performance, leads, enquiries, test drives, bookings and deliveries.
• Ensure proper follow-up of all customer enquiries and leads.
• Monitor conversion ratios from enquiry to test drive, booking and retail.
• Ensure proper presentation of EV products, features, technology, charging solutions and perks to customers.
• Review sales pipeline and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Drive corporate, institutional, fleet and bulk sales opportunities.
