We are looking for an experienced Fitness Manager to oversee fitness operations at Spartan Fitness, Hyderabad. The role will be responsible for leading the trainer team, maintaining high standards of fitness service and member experience, driving Personal Training (PT) performance, and ensuring smooth and effective fitness operations.
The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of fitness training, team leadership, member engagement, and gym operations, with the ability to lead trainers and contribute to the overall business performance of the facility.
Key Responsibilities:
Fitness Operations
· Manage day-to-day fitness operations and ensure smooth functioning of the training floor.
· Lead, supervise, and coordinate the trainer team to maintain high service standards.
· Ensure proper trainer scheduling, floor coverage, shift management, and workload allocation.
· Ensure trainers follow company policies, fitness SOPs, service standards, and professional guidelines.
· Monitor equipment usage, safety standards, and overall training floor discipline.
Team Management & Development




· Conduct regular coaching, training, and performance reviews for trainers.
· Set clear performance expectations and KPIs for the fitness team.
· Monitor trainer productivity, attendance, member engagement, and service quality.
· Identify training and development requirements and support continuous improvement.
· Build a positive, professional, and performance-driven fitness team.
Member Experience
· Ensure members receive a high-quality and personalised fitness experience.
· Support members with fitness-related queries, concerns, and training requirements.
· Monitor member engagement and proactively identify opportunities to improve retention and satisfaction.
· Ensure trainers maintain skilled relationships and consistent communication with members.
· Handle fitness-related escalations and ensure timely resolution.
