We are hiring a Business Development Associate for one of our clients, a growing technology company working across enterprise technology and data-security solutions.
This is an ownership-driven enterprise sales role for someone who can build robust CXO relationships, develop a healthy pipeline, and take opportunities from initial conversations through to closure.
Key Responsibilities• Own the complete enterprise sales cycle — prospecting, discovery, presentations, negotiation, follow-ups and closure.
• Build and manage relationships with CTOs, CIOs, CISOs, CFOs and other senior decision-makers.
• Identify new business opportunities across target enterprise accounts and markets.
• Cross-sell and upsell within existing accounts.
• Develop and manage OEM and strategic partner relationships.
• Collaborate with pre-sales and product teams to understand customer requirements and position appropriate solutions.
• Support product demonstrations,



proposals and executive-level conversations.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline with clear next steps, timelines and closure plans.
• Ensure CRM hygiene, forecasting and accurate sales reporting.
• Work closely with leadership, marketing, pre-sales, product and delivery teams.
What We’re Looking For✅ 5+ years of experience in B2B / Enterprise IT Sales or Business Development
✅ Prior experience selling enterprise technology solutions is mandatory
✅ Experience in cybersecurity, data security, cloud security, privacy, GRC or related enterprise security technologies is strongly preferred
✅ Proven ability to build pipeline and close business against targets
✅ Strong CXO-level communication and relationship-management skills
✅ Experience with CRM, forecasting and funnel management
✅ Strong written and verbal English communication
✅ High ownership, adaptability and a startup mindset
