Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Manager – Sales & Business Development role based in Bengaluru.



The Real Estate Salesperson will identify and qualify prospective clients, present suitable real estate options, and guide them through the entire sales cycle from initial inquiry to closing. Daily responsibilities include conducting property visits, maintaining accurate listings, preparing and explaining sales proposals or agreements, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth transactions and timely documentation. The role involves building long-term client relationships, responding to inquiries with a solid customer service focus, and staying informed about local market trends and regulations. The salesperson will also collaborate with management to meet sales targets, participate in promotional activities, and represent Topline’s professional standards in all client interactions.
