About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the operations of Sorano Mumbai, an Italian restaurant in Colaba. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in premium standalone restaurants, excellent floor management skills, commercial understanding, and the ability to drive both guest experience and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
1. Restaurant Operations
Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations.




Ensure smooth and efficient floor operations.
Maintain high standards of service, hospitality and guest experience.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs.
Coordinate with kitchen, bar and service teams.
Handle operational issues and guest concerns effectively.
2. Guest Experience & Clientele
Build strong relationships with regular and high-value guests.
Personally handle VIP and important guests when required.
Track guest preferences, occasions and feedback.
Develop repeat clientele and ensure regular follow-ups.
Maintain a robust guest database for future business generation.
Drive guest satisfaction and repeat business.
3. Sales & Business Development
Take ownership of outlet sales and revenue targets.
Monitor daily, weekly and monthly sales performance.
Identify opportunities to increase revenue and average guest spend.
Drive upselling across food and beverages.
