Your Fav HR, an HR consulting firm, is growing, and we're looking for a sharp, target-driven Business Development Intern to join our Inside Sales team in Indore.

This is a high-volume outbound calling role where you'll work across three business lines: corporate hiring solutions, candidate career services, and premium LinkedIn growth services for founders and CEOs. What You'll Do

Executive Growth Services (Premium B2B)
• Reach out to Founders, CEOs, Directors, and Agency Owners to introduce our LinkedIn profile management, personal branding, and B2B lead generation services
• Understand their business goals and show how a stronger LinkedIn presence can build authority and generate a consistent sales pipeline

Candidate Career Services (B2C)
• Connect with job seekers and understand where they're stuck in their job search
• Recommend the right support from our career services: resume rewriting, profile optimisation, interview preparation, and job search assistance




• Review candidate profiles and suggest improvements that increase their visibility to employers

Corporate Hiring Solutions (B2B)
• Connect with HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Managers, and Business Heads across industries
• Present our recruitment, contract staffing, and payroll outsourcing solutions based on each client's hiring needs

Pipeline Management
• Meet daily targets for outbound calls, talk time, and connects
• Keep the CRM updated with every interaction, pipeline stage, and follow-up

What We're Looking For
• 1 to 2 years of experience in Inside Sales, Telesales, BPO Outbound, Recruitment Sales, or Executive Search (Preferred)
• Freshers with outstanding communication skills are welcome to apply
• Complete comfort with continuous outbound calling and skilled rejection
• Confident spoken and written English, with the ability to hold a credible conversation with senior leaders
