Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and business-focused Manager / Senior Manager HR Business Partner to partner with business leaders in driving people strategies that enable organizational growth and high performance. The role requires an experienced HR skilled with strong expertise across the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding through development, performance, engagement, rewards, and employee relations.



As a trusted advisor to business leaders, you will translate business priorities into people initiatives, foster a high-performance culture, and ensure an exceptional employee experience while balancing strategic priorities with operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Business Partnering
• Partner with business leaders to understand business priorities and translate them into actionable people strategies.
• Provide guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, and change management.
• Coach and influence leaders on people-related decisions and organizational effectiveness.
• Leverage people analytics and insights to support informed business decisions.

Talent Selection & Onboarding
• Support leadership hiring and participate in interview panels where required.
• Drive effective onboarding and integration to accelerate productivity and employee engagement.
