Job Purpose:
The Digital Marketing division of Royal Enfield's Global Brand team is responsible for providing thoughtful, thorough and robust strategy for all digital touch-points (Web, Mobile, Search, Social, Display, and Video) and then executing those recommendations expertly. The team leverages their expertise of each channel to make sure its recommendations are consistently excellent and cutting-edge, and that in-channel performance and data integrity is maximized. You will be responsible for defining, architecting, and optimizing the end-to-end digital experience across all of Royal Enfield's global customer touchpoints (Web, Mobile App, Customization Configurators, and Campaign Platforms). This role bridges the gap between premium brand expression and hard commercial outcomes, translating digital journeys into tangible business value (test rides, motorcycle bookings, and apparel sales).

As a strategic orchestrator, the incumbent will institutionalize a rigorous Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) framework, utilize data analytics to shape regional and global digital roadmaps,



and fiercely manage external creative and development agencies. The ultimate goal is to move the digital experience function away from a project-delivery mindset and toward a high-performing, revenue-generating ecosystem.
