About the Role
We are looking for a Digital Marketing qualified with 3+ years of relevant BFSI experience to strengthen our digital presence and enhance brand visibility across social media, search and other digital platforms.
The role will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing initiatives across Social Media, Content Strategy, SEO/SEM and Digital Analytics, with a strong focus on building brand awareness, driving audience engagement and creating a consistent digital identity.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing Strategy
• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business and brand objectives.
• Plan and manage digital campaigns across social media, search engines and owned digital platforms.
• Identify emerging digital trends, platforms and opportunities relevant to the BFSI sector.




• Manage the digital marketing calendar and ensure timely execution of campaigns and initiatives.

Social Media Management
• Develop and manage social media strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and other relevant platforms.
• Manage the organization's social media presence and strengthen brand visibility.
• Plan content calendars and campaigns to increase reach, engagement and audience growth.
• Monitor social media trends, industry conversations and competitor activity.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create content around business achievements, leadership, corporate initiatives and events.

Content Strategy
• Develop and execute a structured content strategy aligned with brand positioning.
• Plan and manage content for social media, website, blogs, articles and other digital platforms.
• Develop content themes around financial markets, business developments, leadership, corporate initiatives and employer branding.
