We are looking for a talented Talent Acquisition (TA) Specialist based in India, with a strong focus on sourcing top talent across Europe. This role offers an exciting chance to connect with international markets, utilizing advanced online recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter (or other Boolean logic based search techniques) to attract outstanding candidates from across the continent. Creativity in developing innovative sourcing and recruiting strategies to effectively approach and engage candidates is highly valued.



The successful candidate will collaborate closely with Europe-based recruiters, supporting a team-oriented approach to ensure a smooth and effective recruitment process. Communication skills are essential, as building authentic, professional relationships with candidates and engaging with them effectively are key to success in this role. Please note that this is a temporary contract position.
